Painting tips and information
Painting your building is one of the best ways to Home Page protect your investment and maintain its appearance. Paint is inexpensive compared to replacing siding or trim materials. Be sure to use a good latex caulk around all cracks and joints between the trim and siding. Pay especially close attention to the trim above the doors and windows.

Choose a good quality latex paint. Paint is available in exterior flat, satin, simi-gloss or gloss finish. We recommend a satin, simi-gloss, or gloss finish for best paint life and ease of cleaning. Flat finishes will provide good protection, but will require that you repaint more frequently since they are rough and not easily cleaned.
